Einige große Namen von iOS Hackern, wie z.B. Stefan Esser (i0n1c); Charlie Miller (0xcharlie), haben sich zusammengesetzt und das iOS Hacker’s Handbook geschrieben.
Neben diesen beiden für ihre gefundenen Sicherheitslücken und veröffentlichten Exploits bekannt gewordenen Persönlichkeiten, wirkten auch Dion Blazakis, Dino DaiZovi, Vincenzo Iozzo und Ralf-Phillip Weinmann als Autoren mit.
Zudem wird als Tech Editor der Hacker MuscleNerd des iPhone Dev-Teams genannt. Er berichtete auf Twitter:
